We accept returns through the mail.
All sales are final on discounted / promotional items, no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. Only defective items are exchange-able. Please contact us to confirm ahead of time.
What if my order is not correct?
Mistakes happen, so we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact info@sullyandsonco.com we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.
How do we accept returns?
We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition within 5 working days from receipt. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms and send us an email ahead of time. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
How do I return an order?

Our Warranty
Sully & Son Co. stands behind the quality of its products with a one-year warranty. This Limited Warranty applies to all bags and accessories and is effective for one year from the date of purchase from an authorized Sully & Son Co. retailer, in accordance with applicable laws.
Please be aware that purchasing the product from an unauthorized retailer renders the warranty null and void.
Limited Warranty
Sully & Son Co. warranties exclude coverage for misuse, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to solvents, use of cleaning liquids, damage during transportation, or any alterations made to Sully & Son Co. items. If the product sustains damage during flight, transport, or by a carrier, it is imperative to promptly report such damage directly to the transport operator or carrier, as this type of damage is not covered by Sully & Son Co.
We do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or associated costs arising from the use or loss of our products. It is essential to note that general wear and tear, such as the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time, does not qualify as a material or manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered by our warranty.
Our commitment to ensuring your ongoing satisfaction with Sully & Son Co. is reflected in the meticulous crafting of our warranties. We reserve the right to reject any warranty claims suspected to be fraudulent, including intentional product damage, duplicate claims, or counterfeit products, as well as those that violate our Terms of Use.
